Do you accept orders over the phone or by check?
Unfortunately,
we currently don't accept payments with a check or via the
phone. We want to reassure you that our online payment service
uses 128 bit secure sockets layer (SSL) digital certificate
technology to securely transmit your personal and confidential
information. For your protection and ours, we have chosen
to use this safety measure to achieve the highest security
possible for all internet transactions.

What
are the size of the magnets?
The magnets
are 2 by 3.5 inches (the size of a business card). They are
16-18 mil thick which is little thicker than 4 sheets of paper.

Will I be getting a proof with my order?
All magnet
orders will receive a FREE proof via e-mail in 1-4
business days and your magnets will not be printed until we
receive your approval. We do not create proofs without a purchase
first.

How many changes can I make to my proof?
You may
make as many changes to your proof as you'd like. We want
every magnet ordered to be to your liking.

Can I change the wording of the magnet shown on the order
form to fit my taste?
Wording
changes can be made during your order. Please be clear when
adding your wording request in the custom request box.

Can I change the font style and/or color of the text?
We can get
almost any font and any color that you'd like. Just let us
know in the custom request box and we'll let you know.

Can you order a custom design?
If you can
think of it, we'll try to create it! Email us before you submit
your order and we'll let you know if it is possible. Please

like further information.

When will I receive my magnets after I order them?
We
currently offer regular and express delivery.
Regular delivery time ranges from 8-15 days before you recieve
your order. This includes design, printing and shipping time.
Express delivery time ranges from 4-6 days before you recieve
your order. This includes design, printing and shipping time.
The express mail shipping price of $30.00 includes a fee for
excelerated design time.
Please note,
proof approval delays may slow delivery times.
Note: USPS shipping
times are just an estimate. USPS techinically has 10 days
to delivery priority mail but tries to do it in 2-3 days.

Can I check the status of my order?
Please check your email first, because once an order has been shipped, you
will be emailed a tracking number for your package.
After 2 weeks of receiving the tracking email and your order
hasn't arrived, please send an e-mail to: customerservice@madeforyoumagnets.com.
We will make every effort to track down your package and
give you a heads up on when it will arrive.

Can I order envelopes with my magnets?
You can
purchase glassine envelopes with your order. Unfortunately
our "Glassine Envelopes" cannot be mailed. (The US Postal
Service requires that envelopes be at least 3.5 by 5 inches.)
Our Glassine
Envelopes are 2 by 3.5 inches. The glassine envelopes cost
$.10 each and are sold in packs of 10.

How much postage will it cost to mail the magnets?
Your magnets
can be mailed in any standard size envelope for $0.39.

May I send more than one photo?
You may
send in more then one photo for us to choose from and we will
select the one that works best for the magnet design. We are
flexable with this request and will work with you.
